We take a thorough look at the pros and cons of the new XL version of the 3DS console. We also look back at the history of Nintendo's handheld consoles for comparison. Starting with the GameBoy, we look at how each new generation of handheld has added additional features.
The 3DS XL's Battery Life, Screen Size, Body Shape and Quality are all assessed as well as its functionality for the games themselves. We also discuss the lack of a built-in Circle Pad Pro and compare the build quality of the 3DS XL.
