Dusting for prints and suspects with CSI Deadly Nights, is curiously enjoyable even if you dont know the show.

Iíve played a couple of these point and click detective style games, along with the ubiquitous Phoenix Wright on the DS - but hey, this should be good as itís based on the real deal, CSI. Not being a massive fan, I canít comment on how close the characters are to their screen versions, but the dialogue is certainly immersive. As are the controls: a mixture of finding clues, solving puzzles, and selecting the right tools at the scene to gather evidence - and picking the right evidence during interrogations. The five cases on offer are like mini episodes with suspects and motives galore and there are a few surprises along the way thatís for sure.
